Returns, Exchanges, and Refund Policy

Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds:

We will accept returns, exchanges and refunds up to 14 days from the date of purchase. For returns , exchanges, and/or refunds, please contact us with your original order number to discuss your request PRIOR to returning your items. Items being returned or exchanged, MUST be in new condition, unworn or unused, and in their original packaging to qualify for a return or exchange. Unless we shipped the wrong item or the item arrived damaged, it is the customer’s responsibility to pay for return shipping to us and for any new shipping charges for replacement items. This includes instances where the provided shipping address is incorrect or "undeliverable". 

Lost or Damaged Packages:

If goods are lost or arrive damaged, please contact DirtCo customer service immediately. We may require evidence of damage, such as photographs, to support your claim. Once verified, we will either resend the items or refund your purchase as requested.
